if i turned back around and did. he would win. that is something that i can not live with. i gradualy pull each piece of glass from my feet. bracing myself on the barrier i stand back up. i slip into the back door of the house, rinse my feet off in the sink, cringing i pu t back on my heels. and i walk back into the party as if nothing had happend at all.
i see a cute boy with dark hair across the room. he doesnt know whats happend to me. and i hope he never will.
